The rolling shutter door is a barrier-free isolation door that can be raised and lowered quickly. Its main functions are heat preservation, moisture retention, dust prevention, insect prevention, sound insulation, etc. The operation of the rolling door mainly relies on the motor, so daily maintenance is very important to the use of the motor! Here is a brief description of several maintenance points for the  rolling door motor：

1. The rolling door motor should be used in a dry environment, the surface of the motor should be kept clean, and the air inlet should not have dust, fibers, etc. 

2.  It should be ensured that the electrical idea is smooth and unobstructed during operation. Ordinary electric idea runs for about 5000 hours, that is, the grease should be added or changed. When the bearing is found to be overheated or smooth during operation, the hydraulic grease will be replaced in real time.

3.  When the life of the bearing is over, the noise of the electric idea will increase significantly. When the radial clearance of the bearing reaches the following value, the bearing should be replaced.

4. When disassembling the electric idea, you can take out the rotor from the shaft extension end or the non-extended end. If there is no need to remove the electric fan, it is more convenient to take out the rotor from the non-shaft extension end. When taking out the rotor from the stator, avoid damaging the stator winding or insulation.

5. When changing the winding, you must write down the original winding method, size, number of turns, wire gauge, etc. When you lose these data, you should ask the manufacturer to change the original design winding at will. The function of the item deteriorates, or even cannot be used.
