Installation of rolling door motor

1. Loosen the locking screw of the limit mechanism before using the motor;

2. Then use the hand to pull the ring chain to make the door curtain about 1 meter from the ground;

3. First try the "up", "stop" and "down" buttons: observe whether the functions of the rolling door up, stop and down are sensitive and reliable: if it is normal, the door curtain can be raised or lowered to the position you determined;

4. Adjust and touch the micro switch roller: after hearing the sound of "tick": tighten the locking screw;

5. Repeated debugging: When the limit reaches the best position: tighten the locking screw with your fingers and the door roller should be installed horizontally; the door curtain roller should be concentric and horizontal, and the curtain piece should not be stuck.    

6. Adjust the chain so that its sag is 6-10mm (adjust before the curtain is hung on the shaft).

7. The cross section of the external power cord supplied by the rolling door machine is not less than 1mm;

8. The opening and closing of the electric rolling shutter motor only needs to operate the switch button: the rolling door stops automatically when it is in place.

9. If you want to stop the door in the middle: when the rolling door is rising or falling: operate the “stop” button.

10. Another advantage of the electric rolling door is that in the case of power failure: you can also manually operate the mechanism, pull the ring chain, and the rolling door slowly rises, and stops pulling when it is in place;

11. Do not exceed the original limit height: so as not to over-block and damage the limit switch.
