Common Bridge Rectifier Testing Methods


1. Test the rectifier circuit, find the p terminal and N terminal of the DC power supply inside the inverter, adjust the multimeter to resistance X10, connect the red pen to P and the black pen to R , S and T. The resistance value should be about a few tens of ohms and is basically balanced. Conversely, if the black watch bar is connected to P in sequence and the red watch bar is connected to R, S and T in sequence, the resistance value is close to infinity. Connect the red pen to the N terminal and repeat the above steps to obtain the same result.

A circuit may be judged to be abnormal if the following results are obtained:

① the three phase resistance is unbalanced, which may indicate a fault in the rectifier bridge.

② the resistance is infinite when the red pen is connected to the P terminal, this can determine if the rectifier bridge is faulty or if the starting resistor is faulty.


2. In testing the inverter circuit, the red pen stick connected to the P terminal and the black pen connected to U, V and W respectively should have a resistance value of tens of ohms and essentially the same resistance value for each phase, the reverse phase should be infinite. Connect the black pen to the N terminal and repeat the above steps to obtain the same result, otherwise the inverter module can be identified as faulty.


常见的整流桥检测方法


1. 测试整流器电路,找到逆变器内部直流电源的p端子和N端子,将万用表调整为电阻X10,将红色表棒连接到P,将黑色表棒连接到R ,S,T。电阻值应约为几十欧姆,并且基本上是平衡的。相反,如果黑色表棒依次连接到P端,而红色表棒依次连接到R,S和T,则电阻值接近无穷大。将红色的手表棒连接到N端子,然后重复上述步骤以得到相同的结果。

如果有以下结果,则可以判断电路异常:

① 三相电阻不平衡,这可能表明整流桥出现故障;

2. 在测试逆变器电路中,红色仪表棒连接到P端,黑色表棒分别连接到U,V和W上,应具有数十欧姆的电阻值,并且每相的电阻值基本相同,反相应该是无穷大。将黑色仪表条连接到N端子,然后重复上述步骤以得到相同的结果,否则可以确定逆变器模块故障。
