How to repair the roller shutter door motor

Fault1：The rolling door motor does not move or the speed is slow.

Analysis：This failure of the rolling door is usually caused by wire breakage, motor burnout, failure to reset the stop button, limit switch action and heavy load.

Solution： Check the circuit and turn it on; replace the burned motor; replace the button or press it repeatedly; push the limit switch slider to separate it from the micro switch contact, and adjust the position of the micro switch; check the mechanical parts

Fault2:The rolling door control failure.

Analysis:Relay (contactor) contact rod, stroke micro switch failure or contact lens deformation, slider fastening screw loose, plate screw is loose. Due to the displacement of the plate, the slider or nut cannot move with the rotation of the screw , the transmission gear of the limiter is broken, and the upper and lower buttons of the button are stuck. The cross groove is plugged; the pawl cannot be separated from the ratchet wheel; the chain frame is stuck. 

Solution: Replace the relay (contactor); replace the micro switch or contact; fix the sliding screw and reset the plate; replace the brake drive gear; replace the button. The chain did not move. Reason for failure: ring chain block,Straighten the chain; adjust the relative position of the pawl and the chain frame; replace or lubricate the pins. There is no paper jam (if any), remove the paper jam and remove obstacles.

Fault3: The rolling door motor has high vibration or noise.

Analysis:The brake disc is unbalanced or damaged; the brake disc is not tightened; the bearing loses oil or fails; the gear mesh is not smooth, the oil is lost or worn seriously.

Solution:Replace the roller shutter door brake disc or readjust the balance; tighten the brake disc nut; replace the bearing; repair the gear at the output end of the motor shaft, lubricate or replace it; check the motor whether the motor is damaged.
