1. The indicator light of the remote control box does not light up:

1) Check if there is power input.

2) Whether the fuse in the control box is blown out.

2. The controller and motor work, but the door does not move: check whether the clutch is loosened. If it is loosened, insert the clutch key into the clutch hole on the side of the door opener, and tighten it clockwise (automatic mode). For the first time, lightly turn it. When you feel the tightening, push the door back and forth 3-5 times by hand, And then tighten the clutch clockwise again with the clutch key until the clutch is completely locked.

3. The remote control transmitter is not sensitive: check whether the battery in the remote control transmitter is exhausted, if exhausted, replace the battery with a new one.

2. The door goes over the door opening limit magnet, and the door does not stop:

1) Check whether the limit magnet is lost;

2) Check whether the limit sensor is invalid (use a multimeter to detect, under normal circumstances, both ends should be conductive when there is a magnetic field, but not when there is no magnetic field).
