Nowadays, most of people buy the sliding gate motors from the manufacturer, and want to install it by themselves. They will meet various of problems when they install it in first time, and even cause it to fail to operate normally. In fact, as long as you follow these principles when installing it, your electric sliding door motor will be run in good.

1. Carefully check the installation parts of the motor, and operate strictly according to the installation instructions;

2. The sliding door cannot be installed on a slope, and there must be a certain safe distance between the door and other objects;

3. In order to prevent the influence of freezing in winter, the rack must be installed in a place with good drainage;

4. Ensure that the door can slide smoothly on the track, otherwise it will cause the door to fail to open or close;

5. Limit devices must be installed at the maximum opening position and closing position of the sliding door motor, otherwise the door may fall off the track in the emergency unlocking state.
