Appearance and parts requirements: the shell should be intact, without missing corners, obvious cracks, and degeneration. The coated part should be smooth, without obvious bubbles, wrinkles, spots, sagging and other defects. Parts should not be made of flammable and combustible materials. Manually operated parts should be easy to operate. Fire-resistant rolling door motors should be equipped with grounding devices and markings, electrical terminals should be covered with heat-resistant insulating sleeves, and metal junction boxes should be installed on the motor outlet terminals.

Basic functional requirements: the brake components of the fireproof rolling door motor should work reliably. When the rolling door machine is stationary and the braking force is not less than 1.5 times the rated output torque, the brake sliding displacement is ≤20mm. The brake components of the rolling door machine should work reliably. When the rolling door machine runs reversely (that is, the fire-resistant rolling door is released), and the braking force is not less than 1.2 times the rated output torque, the brake sliding displacement should be less than 20m. The rolling door machine should have a manual operation function, and the manual operation parts should be flexible and reliable. When opening and closing the fireproof rolling door, there should be no sliding collision phenomenon. The rolling door machine should have electric opening and closing functions, and the transmission part should run smoothly during electric operation, and there should be no jams, vibrations and abnormal noises. The rolling door machine should have the function of relying on the self-weight reduction of the fire-resistant rolling door. The brake release arm force should be ≤70N; the self-weight drop torque should be ≤10N.m. The rolling door machine should be equipped with an automatic limit device. The limit components should run smoothly, be installed accurately, and can be adjusted within a certain range, so that the fire shutter can automatically stop when it is opened and closed to the upper limit, middle limit, and lower limit, and its repeated positioning error is not more than 20mm.

Requirement of mechanical life: the rolling door machine is weighted under the rated output torque, and after opening and closing operation cycle 2000 times, there should be no loosening or damage of its parts, and the basic performance should meet the requirements of basic functions.

Power performance requirements: When the deviation of the power supply voltage of the rolling door machine from the rated value does not exceed -15%~+10%, and the deviation of the power supply frequency from the rated value does not exceed ±1%, the rolling door machine should be able to operate normally, and its basic performance is compound Basic functional requirements.

Requirement of insulation performance: The insulation resistance between the external live terminal and the casing of the rolling door machine with insulation requirements should be greater than 20.

The motors used for fire-resistant rolling shutters will have the requirements of national regulations. They can only be used after being tested by the National Fixed Fire Extinguishing System and the Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Fire-resistant Components. There are no clear requirements for ordinary motors as long as they can be used normally. The fireproof rolling door motor can be used as an ordinary motor, and the ordinary motor cannot replace the fireproof rolling door motor.
