Thyristor Module

From the perspective of the chip, the thyristor module can be divided into a controllable module and a rectifier module.

According to their specific use, they can be divided into:

2. General-purpose rectifier modules (MDC rectifier modules)

3. General-purpose thyristors

4. Rectifier hybrid modules (MFC modules)

5. Fast thyristors

6. Rectifiers and hybrid Modules (MKC/MZC)

7. Non-insulated thyristors

8. Rectifiers and hybrid modules (also known as MTG/MDG)

9. Three-phase rectifier bridge output thyristor modules (MDS)

10. Single-phase (three-phase) rectifier bridge modules (MDQ)

11. Single phase half-controlled bridge (MTS) module

12. Schottky module.
